The BCRD is a non profit organization dedicated for over 30 years to enhancing Blaine County's quality of life by creating healthy, active, recreational opportunities for all.
Opportunities for youth exist all year and include:
BCRD Summer Day Camp
Hub Youth Center (BCRD Recess from School, BCRD After School Kid Zone, BCRD Winter Break Adventure Camp)

BCRD Fitness Classes and Open Gym in the Community Campus

Idaho Drug Free Youth’s mission is to eliminate alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use among Idaho’s youth.
IDFY’s GOALS:
EMPOWERMENT: To empower and encourage youth to make positive choices
INFORMATION: To educate all community members of the risks of drug, alcohol and tobacco use and help them to work together to recognize and reward those who are making no-use choices.
PERSONAL GROWTH: To enhance the leadership capabilities of young people
COMMUNICATION: To improve communication between youth, parents, law enforcement, school staff, business people, and health professionals.
DRUG FREE ALTERNATIVES: To provide positive alternatives to drug related activities
COMMUNTIY CHANGE: To strengthen the resolve of youth to remain substance free and create change within their schools and communities
